Tony Lowry

Education: BSEE from Montana State University - Bozeman

Experience:  Tony Lowry, the Corporate Director of Microelectronics at RTX, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and brings over 27 years of expertise in ASIC design, manufacturing, testing, and productization. His role at RTX covers the corporate strategy for FPGAs, ASICs, Chiplets, and Advanced Packaging. As well as the collaboration across Raytheon, Collins Aerospace, and Pratt & Whitney for microelectronics design.

Tony’s technical experience spans from 250um Planar CMOS to 12nm FinFET technologies. Throughout his career, Tony has either contributed to or led teams in over 100 successful ASIC tape-outs. For the past decade, he has managed ASIC design teams across the US, maintaining an impressive record of 100% Right First Time ASIC functionality. His prior work focuses on advancing SEAKR’s patented family of ASICs, which integrate ADCs/DACs for high-performance, low-power channelizing and beamforming in space applications. The entire process ensures that the ASIC is designed, manufactured, tested, and brought to market efficiently and reliably. Each step involves meticulous planning and execution to achieve a successful product.

Before joining SEAKR Engineering, an RTX Company, Tony served in various roles at Arrow Electronics, including Director of Technical Solutions, Director of Customer Logic Solutions, Director of Engineering, and ASIC Design Engineer.
