About CMOS+X

The CMOS+X Route (CXR) initiative brings together multiple research projects into cost-effective MPW runs and enables advanced post-CMOS processing for AI, quantum, sensing, and emerging hardware applications. This program is designed to serve the broader U.S. R&D community.
