  • Updates from the Northwest-AI-Hub central office and current project leads
  • A technical collaboration session to support members in preparing for future project calls
  • A reception offering an opportunity to network with leaders and innovators across the AI hardware ecosystem.

  • Welcome remarks and event overview - 10 min.
  • Hub status update - 15 min.
  • Hub project update - 10 min. per project, 3 projects total

CXR Update and Members Q&A (in-person only)

  • Update on CMOS+X Route (CXR) - 20 min.
  • CXR Q&A - 10 min.
  • Hub members Q&A - 30 min.

Lunch

Afternoon Session

Technical Collaboration Session (in-person only)

  • Presentations on collaboration opportunities from defense companies - 20-30 min. each, 3-5 presentations total
  • Hub member pitches from industry members and academic researchers - 2-3 min. each, 1-1.5 hours total
  • Poster and Collaboration Session (no dinner provided)

**Guaranteed parking is limited but Stanford Visitor Parking will be available via ParkMobile

Uber/Lyft Drop-Off

Stanford has bollards that block unauthorized vehicles from driving onto central campus but there is a service road for drop off at the back of the Huang building at 475 Via Ortega, Stanford, CA 94305.

WiFi

The Stanford University campus has free visitor WiFi. There is no password but you must accept the terms and conditions when connecting.
