Abhijeet Chakraborty

Abhijeet Chakraborty is VP Engineering at Synopsys leading EDA technology/strategy, Cloud solutions, and Aerospace/Government engagements. He has over 30 years of semiconductor experience, spanning circuit simulation, logic/physical synthesis, FPGA EDA and signoff ECO. At Synopsys, he led the Design Compiler family of products, including development and successful deployment of DC-NXT. He has done seminal work in startups like Monterey Design and Magma and has co-founded a startup in FPGA EDA. He has several patents, has been a panelist and keynote speaker. Abhijeet is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and the University of Texas at Austin, Austin.
